I’ve been trying to fix the Gravity Forms WordPress Plugin issue about the admin notifications for the longest time. Whatever I do, I tried all the solutions I can find in the internet on how to fix the Gravity Forms issue, I couldn’t find the fix.
My problem was I don’t receive admin notifications to my Google Apps email. The quickest solution I could do is to work-around. I set the admin notifications email to my regular gmail account (which receives email without any issues) and set forwarding to my Google Apps email.
After sometime, it happened to woocommerce notifications too. I don’t receive any emails for new orders.
After a long and stressful trying to fix this, I decided to check my MX records in cpanel. I found out that my MX records wasn’t updated. I just changed the MX records to what is in here: https://support.google.com/a/answer/174125?hl=en
There! Issues fixed.
I hope others can find this helpful. It may not be the solution for everybody.
